Cancellation Policy
20% deposit secures a booking, full payment due strictly 45 days prior to arrival
* Minimum stay 5 nights over Christmas/New Year and 50% deposit required to secure booking
If full payment not received within 30 days of arrival we reserve the right to cancel with no refund of deposit
<2 weeks notice - 100% of total, < than 4 weeks notice - 50% forfeited, < 8 weeks notice - 25% forfeited, Over 8 weeks notice - deposit forfeited
